Explicit Consent Statement

The following consents are optional and independent of one another. Not giving consent does not prevent you from using the service; only the relevant activity will not be carried out. Transactional notifications (order, payment, delivery) are an integral part of the service and are not considered marketing.

1. Explicit Consent for Transfer Abroad

I give my explicit consent, within the scope of KVKK Art. 9, to the transfer of my personal data to the foreign service providers specified in the Information Notice (Supabase – EU; Vercel, Resend, Meta/WhatsApp – USA) for the purpose of providing the service.

2. Explicit Consent for Commercial Electronic Messages (Marketing)

I give my explicit consent to receiving commercial electronic messages for campaigns, offers and promotions by e-mail and/or WhatsApp, and to the processing of my contact and message-engagement data for this purpose. I may withdraw this consent at any time via the link within the message or through destek@fotipoti.com.
