What Data Do We Collect?

• Account and contact: full name, e-mail, phone; Turkish ID number (individual) or title/VKN (corporate) for invoicing.
• Order and content: shoot preferences, order history, product images you send, and the photo/video content delivered to you.
• Payment: payment method and transaction reference (card details are processed by the payment provider PayTR and not stored by us).
• Technical: IP address, device/session information, log records, and cookie/analytics data subject to your explicit consent.

Why Do We Process Data?

To create and manage your account; to take the order, carry out the shoot and deliver it; to collect payment; to handle invoicing and legal obligations; to inform you about your order process; to provide support; to protect information security; and to improve the service. If you give explicit consent, we may send marketing messages.

Cookies and Analytics

On your first visit, we ask for your cookie preference. Apart from essential cookies, analytics and marketing cookies run only with your consent. You can change your preference at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

With Whom Do We Share Data?

Limited to providing the service: payment (PayTR), shipping (Yurtiçi Kargo), hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), e-mail and notifications (Resend, Meta/WhatsApp); and competent public authorities where legally required. As some providers are located abroad, transfers are made based on appropriate safeguards and/or your explicit consent within the scope of KVKK Art. 9.

How Long Do We Keep Data?

While your account is active; order and financial records for the statutory periods (10 years under VUK/TTK); delivered content is deleted or anonymised after a reasonable access period.

Security

We apply access control, encryption and up-to-date infrastructure measures to protect your data. Although no system is absolutely secure, we take reasonable measures to minimise risks.

Your Rights

Under KVKK, you can exercise your rights to access, correct and delete your data, among others. You can submit your requests via the KVKK Data Subject Application Form to destek@fotipoti.com.

Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
