Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the provision of the product photo/video shoot service ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Platform, the characteristics and price of which are stated in the order summary. The provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply.
3. Service Details and Price
- The service type, category, style, quantity/duration and add-ons are stated in the order summary.
- The total price including VAT, payment method and shipping information, if any, are shown in the order summary.
- Prices are those valid at the time of the order.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit/debit card (PayTR) or bank transfer/EFT. The order is processed after payment is confirmed.
5. Performance and Delivery
- The Buyer delivers the product to be shot to the Seller within the specified period.
- When the shoot is completed, the digital content is delivered electronically via the Buyer's account.
- Estimated production/delivery times are stated at the order step; force majeure cases are reserved.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception
Pursuant to Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalised product shoot services prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs. As the service is produced specifically for the Buyer's order, the right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun. The Buyer is informed of this at the time of order approval.
7. Defective Service
If the delivered content is defective, the Buyer may exercise their rights under Law No. 6502. Fotipoti's revision right is reserved.
8. General Provisions
- The Buyer accepts that they have read and approved the Pre-Information Form before ordering.
- Personal data is processed within the scope of the Information Notice.
- In cases of force majeure, the parties are not obliged to perform.
9. Dispute
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the statutory monetary limits.
10. Effect
The agreement is established and takes effect upon the Buyer's electronic approval at the order step.
