2. Basic Characteristics of the Service

The type, category, style, quantity/duration and add-on details of the ordered product photo/video shoot service are stated in the order summary.

3. Price and Payment

• The total price including all taxes is shown in the order summary.
• Payment: credit/debit card (PayTR) or bank transfer/EFT.

4. Performance and Delivery

When the shoot is completed, the content is delivered electronically via the Buyer's account. Estimated times are stated at the order step.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception

As the service is produced specifically for the Buyer's order, there is no right of withdrawal for personalised services that have been prepared and whose performance has begun, pursuant to Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The Buyer has been informed of this.

6. Complaint and Objection Authority

In case of a dispute, the Buyer may apply to the District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court within the statutory monetary limits.

7. Other

Personal data is processed within the scope of the Information Notice. Order approval means that this form has been read and the Distance Sales Agreement has been accepted.
